Question MPG p/u going from 373 to 308?

Hi

Would it be worth it.
Take off is not a big deal to me, MPG is.

I have 3.08's and a 4.6 with the 5 speed and i do okay plenty of takoff and get 18-21 mpg on the highway. But the cost of swamping gears cannot be offset by the rise in gas prices to warrent changing them.
