My truck is having a problem every time I started. Is about the shifter stick, changing from park to any shift.

Everytime I need to go The shifter doesn't move, it gets stuck!!!
Then I have to wait until it unlock. This make me sick!!!

Sometimes I'm in a hurry and the shifter doesn't change from park to drive. What could this be? the switch?

no clue on this.
