Clutch pedal stayes on the floor

Hello
I have a 1990 F150 st6 5 speed. It sat for close to a year with little maintenance on it and only started a few time. The clutch was replaced about 3 years ago and was working fine before the truck was stored. Now the clutch pedal stays on the floor board. You need to use your foot to bring it back up. Everything shifts fine. I can shift into all gears no problem. At some points the clutch does come back up but not to often. What should I be looking for with this kind of issue. It makes no noise when I press it in. The fluid is also ok. Any help would be great Thanks for your time in this matter

Are you sure? This sounds like how a previous car of mine behaved (clutch pedal staying on the floor) when I was bleeding the clutch and accidentally ran the system dry. I'd suggest topping up the resevoir and bleeding it until the new clean fluid comes through just to make sure.
