I have a 1995 F150, with code M, 5-speed manual transmission.

241,000 miles.

Recently started hearing a loud "rattling" sound when pulling away from stoplights, the speed of the sound increases with speed and then I can't hear it when I get up to around 35mph or more.

Ideas as to what could be causing this problem ?
