I FIRST START OUT THE CLUTCH FEELS FINE BUT AFTER 20-30 MINUTES IT SEEMS LIKE IT THE CLUTCH DOESN'T ENGAGE TILL IT'S PUCHED HALF WAY TO THE FLOOR, "LIKE I'M LOOSING PRESSURE, BUT NO LEAKS ARE FOUND. While it seems like you're not losing any clutch fluid, more than likely you have a slight leak (probably in the slave cylinder) that bleeds off pressure as you depress the clutch.

Both the master and slave cylinders on our trucks are pieces of junk and fail at a disproportionally high rate. Replacing both the master & slave cured my problem when this happened to me.

What hades said. I have replaced 3 slaves in my truck. PITA with 4x4. When the pedal goes soft try pumping the pedal 5-6 times. It should bring the pedal back up. The OEM slave has a rubber boot over the cylinder that holds the fluid back so it stays off the clutch. It takes a lot of leaking to overflow the boot before you notice the oil dripping. There is no simple cure in a bottle so you will have to replace parts. The slave replacement requires removal of the tranny.

It definately sounds like your losing pressure in your clutch. The slave cylinder may be your problem. I had mine go out with under 20,000 miles. It died New Year's Day, so of course the service department was closed. I had to wait until the next day to get it fixed. If you still have a warranty, that will cover the slave cylinder. If your warranty is expired, I'd try to negotiate with the service department, and try to get a little help fixing it. Just tell them that you know these slave cylinders are pieces of crap and a lot of them break. If you plan on fixing it yourself, make sure you allow plenty of time to fix it. The slave cylinder is up under the tranny and is a real pain to get to. You have to remove the cross member, and probably drop the tranny to get to it. I would recommend taking it to the service department and have them look at it. You may also just want to check your fluid to make sure it isn't low.
