I just recently purchased a 1995 F-150 Supercab shortbed. with only 49,000 miles on it. I have never been a ford man. I used to be GM. Yes i know i made the smart decision. Anyways I noticed only when i accelerate from 1st gear to 2nd gear it shifts pretty hard, no matter what throttle position. Has anyone else had this issue, or is it part of a heavy duty package? How can i check, or is it normal? Every other gear it shifts into 3rd and 4th its fine. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks guys.

 

sorry. lol also it is an automatic transmission with over drive 4x4
