Question Shutter at 10-20 mph

Hi everyone, I have a shutter when i accelerate, it starts at about 10 mph and contimues through 20 mph then goes away. Can anyone tell me if this is bad u-joints or a transmission problem. I changed the tranny fluid and fliter, but no luck. The truck is a 2000 4x4 with 54,000 miles.

cjc - I have a similar problem wiht my 1996/5.0L although mine seems to be tied into the RPMs. In any gear if the accelerator is lightly pushed when the engine is between 1500-2000 RPM it sounds like the truck is going over rumble strips. Its not continuous - it will do it for about 2 seconds then stop, then another 2 seconds and stop. Another wierd thing is that it will not shake as badly if premium gas is used versus regular. Adding fuel injector cleaner to a tank of premium produces the least amount of shaking while regular fuel will rattle your fillings. Very strange.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what the problem may be?

Turned out to be bad fluid in the converter. Runs great now.
