Angry 1994 E4OD Problem

Hey, got a 1994 F-150 5.8 With an E4OD. One monster of a tranny, man! Anyways, got the sucker out (Blown), And threw in a little AOD from a 302. Fits fine, but can't get the Torque converter bolts to come through the flywheel! It's like their not long enough. So anyways, I go to pull the sucker back out, and it WILL NOT come out. I think i might have jammed it up on the crank somehow. Anyone know how to get the sucker back out? I tried prying, and pulling, and twisting...But I'm at a loss! Thanks in advance!

a. the convert nose isn't fully seated in the crank pilot...to resolve this, wiggle the trans/converter around...if the transmission is inplace but not bolted in completely, turn the engine over with a breaker bar, it will then force the converter nose square into the crank pilot

b. the nose is binding on the crank, see resolution for a
