I finally hit 66k on my 2001F150. Should I do a Flush or should I just do a Fluid and Filter Change. Which is recommended? The guy at the ford service department told me if I towed alot i should do the Fluid Change. And if I did just regular driving I should do a flush. Does that sound right?
