Question Putting a B&M shift kit in my 1997 f-150 4x4 need help

I bought a shift kit for my 1997 F-150 4x4 with a 4R70W transmission. I was looking at tools need to do this. Its say I need a servo removal tool to put it in. I when all around even to the dealership and no one sells it. Is this need to do it? I really want to put it in myself. Has anyone got this tool if so where from and also has anyone put one of these in before? I really would be thankful for anyone that has some help or advice.

Holds the servo down when you install/remove the retainer. I do it without one most of the time, but they are nice to have if it's in the truck.

I bought the B&M Shift Improver Kit. Should I go with the stage 1 or the stage 2 settings? I like a good firm shifting truck. I have a 1997 F150 4X4 4.6L with a 4R70W Trans. I have been told the stage 1 is barely noticeable and I don't want to do this twice.

Thanks
John

its worth the time and money

I put in my shift kit stage 2 and its very noticeable. Its worth the time and money to do it and help the life of the transmission also.
