replacing 5spd w/ auto

I have given up on trying to upgrade my trucks towing capacity there just isnt a good clutch available for the half million manual f150's out there.
I am looking for info on replacing my 2002 f150 V8 5spd with an auto. I know I would need a new computer, stearing column, tranny. Has anyone here done this?

Buy a new truck, it would be cheaper.

kysard,

Have you checked out Centerforce? Their Duel friction pn DF942941 should fit the bill.
