i was wondering if the tc is sealed because sometimes when i go through a big puddle something in that area makes a loud screech and anotherthing some times when i come to a complete stop something in the drive line makes a big bump noise and i can feel it too does any one have any ideas for either of these

 

The tc is sealed. The screech may be a wet serp. belt.

 

The TC is located inside the tranny and is sealed to the outside.
