Magnet

Guys,

I got my PML pan last week. I need to put a magnet in the bottom of the pan. I used JB Weld to attach it, since the pan is aluminum.

Has anyone done this before? It seems solid, but I'm concerned about it coming loose and blocking the filter pickup. Am I being too ****?

PML

They had no clue. Talked to a guy there and he said customers asked from time to time, but he really didn't have a definitive answer. I told him I read on this board where some members jb welded their old magnets to the new pan. He said the JB weld should work then.
