2003 tow rating typo?

2003 tow rating typo?
I just took a peek at the tow rating for the 2003 F-150 4.6L Supercab 4x4 with the 3:31 rear end axle. It says 6600#. My 2000 truck of the same as above is only rated at 5600#. Is that a typo on the spec sheet. If it is someone should correct it. If it isnt i would like someone explaining to me how they can raise the tow rating without raising the GCVWR. The info is on the home page under news reports on new vehicles.
