Towing help

I am towing an 18' trailer with my Ranger Crew. I am seeing a bit of sag when unloaded & even with the ranger evened out over the axles. I have been looking around for quite a while and seems to be that there are 3 viable options - SuperSprings, SumoSprings, & Timbrens. Anyone have experience with these 3? I really don't want to go with airbags. Had some on a 250 and didn't like them. They also didn't hold up well when I was off road.

you should probably post this on the towing forum.

Would it be possible to put a weight distribution hitch on that trailer? Might be the best way to upgrade the towing without affecting your truck ride when not towing.
