Breather hoses for rear axle

I need to extend the breather hoses for my 2002 F-150 rear end. I put my boat in the water and want to keep the water out. Any body have any suggestions? Parts that I will need? Thanks in advance.

I went to home depot and bought a stainless steel under sink hose like this. IIRC it was about 4' long.

All i did was cut one end off of it and used a small hose clamp to attach it. Then ran it up the along the side of the brake line and into the frame rail.

If you look hard enough you can see it!

The stock breather hose on mine has always been that long. Runs from the axle up to the frame of the bed. You'd have to completely submerge the bed of my truck to get the top of this hose under water. Yours wasn't like this?
