meaning the question was for everyone.

yea, I think I may of accidently taken a little more meds by accident. I usually am pretty good with that, just means that I feel a little more less pain. Thanks......On my shifter there is a button on the left side of the handle near the top for the select shift. Tap the top for + a gear, tap it down for - a gear. the trans will still shift as usual but will only go as high as you set it. If you put the shifter in manual mode you can change and hold gears at will. The Tow/Haul button is just below it. I know that the T/H button is on the end of the stalk for the column shift. But I have no idea about the select shift.

I've been staying away from Manual, just due to the fact it kicks Tow/Haul off. Just been too lazy to determine if it's ok or not to leave it in M if I wanted to.

I've used the manual. It's pretty cool once you get a feel for it. I've never towed thou in manual mode with T/H. What's cool about manual is that it stays in what ever gear you put it in. And it will hold that gear no matter how high you rev it. If your not going fast enough for the next highest gear it won't shift up until you hit a predetermined speed. The indicater light just flashes. But say your cruising along and have to come to a stop at a signal, and you forget about it, it automatically down shifts for you if you don't.
