Cool Brake booster question 150vs250

I read in a post here that if a F150 owner complains about braking, that Ford will replace the brake booster with one from a F250. I have a 2000SC, 7700lb package that I bought mostly for towing. I have 4 wheel ABS, but would like to know how to tell the difference between the 2 boosters. Which one do I have?

------------------
2000SC, 5.4, 7700lb 3:73LS, Class III tow pkg., 4 wheel ABS, K&N, airbox mod, Load Lok bedliner, Magnaflow 3' single exhaust, Bugflector, Sportmaster Tonneau, Superchip, Viper alarm system, Whistler radar detector
