04 screw- 3.73 or 4.10

I have a 2 wd 5.4l screw with 3.55 gears.I just bought a new to me horse trailer with surge brake that I will be hauling a big ol throughobred around in.I thinking we will be between 5-6000 lbs loaded up.
I want some more gear in the rear.Would 3.73 be enough or should I go to 4.10? This truck isnt a daily driver but how would it do unloaded cruising at 80 mph. That seems to be its sweet spot right now on the highway .The truck just glides down the road at that speed.
Anybody have gear shop in lexington,ky area to recommend.

i would say 4.10's. honestly it would help knowing what size tires you run.
