5.7 litre Triton engine

I'm looking at buying a F150 with 5.7 litre 1999 Triton Engine. It looks good but has done 375,000 Km. so was wondering if anyone knows how long these engines go for, before they have problems?

That's 5.4L. 1999 was the first year for the port improved heads. Some people had problems with spark plug threads and blow outs, but if it runs strong, go for it. I miss my 1999 5.4L.

I heard as long as you mainain them they should last a long time
