Installing hitch on truck

Hello All. I just bought a 2003 Supercrew 4x4 and I need a class III or IV hitch. Is it worth the money to have a place like U-haul install it or is it DIY?

It's DIY if you know which end of a wrench to use and how to read instructions. A friend of mine who has very little mechanical experience installed his own Class 3 on his Cherokee in about 45 minutes.

Just wanted to be sure there were no holes to drill.

its all simple i got a 15,000 hitch off a wrecked 89 f250 and put it on my f150 myself. i just hope you dont end up having the same issues i am. before the hitch there was alot for me to tow and pull but ever since i put it on i dont have anything to tow and thats ticking me off because i want to put the hitch and my truck to the test.

f250/f350 drop hitch's are the correct width for 74 f100 frames too, just need to drill holes :P
