Towing with Edge evo or CAI

Anyone tow their TT and have a edge evo?
If so does it make much of a difference or would a CAI be a better option?
I have a 27' TT by the way.

Would I be better off trading my edge for a CAI?

THX

I tow with my Edge. I do not run a CAI but I do run custom Flowmaster dual setup. The truck performs great. The trailer specs are 33'-11"x 10' tall x 8' wide. Ready to camp weight is 8500#. The truck struggles in the mountains....6% grades. In the smaller hills it pulls great. I eat up the flat roads to the beach. I tow with OD off and run at 63-65 MPH. Trans temp is right at 180-190 on a 90 deg day. I have seen as high as 14 MPG towing. This was flat low country SC with no head wind. I have seen as low as 6-8. This was in the mountains spending a lot of time in 2nd gear. I use an Equal-i-zer brand hitch and Prodigy brake controller.
