At least here in wisconsin if you have something extending out the rear of a vehicle or trailer, more than 3 ft it has to have a red flag or a red flashing light on it. But there is a actual length past the taillights that you can not exceed, from what I remember it is 10 ft, anything more than that and then you need a permit.

So atleast for WI, you are really pushing it...

I need to research, I can't remember off the top of my head. I used Napa's premium gold on my truck last time because I knew I was getting rid of it soon. I think it's the Supreme Green but not sure.

thanks. we are big into mustangs. My dad has a 351w powered 1977 cobra II and my grandfather has a 800hp 427W powered 1986 mustang coupe.

427W ? Chevy motor ? Only place I found reference to this was in the 1963 Impala SC, very rare motor.

A 427W is a bored and stroked 351 windsor ford motor.
