I really only tow this back and forth from work to home and then switch it out with the tow vehicle but here's what I tow.

I need a weight distribution hitch badly. lol

OK my question is what if any mods have you guys done to your trucks to make them pull such huge travel trailers. I have a 25.5' trailer and the F 1 5 0 really works like crazy.

A lot of F150 owners throw in an engine from a Tundra, for those serious towing needs.

My Jayco is 25' and about 6000 lbs loaded. Went to Radium Hot Springs on the May long weekend. There were a couple spots in the mountains between Canmore and Radium where the truck worked really hard. Otherwise about 105 kph (65 mph) in the flats and small hills. 1200 km (745 miles) rountrip and $375 for gas. Only mod is the Edge.

My setup is an '77 8ft slide in truck camper and '80 14ft boat, my not so pretty, but cheap, comfortable, dream weekend at the lake. No pictures yet, but I will post when I have some.
