Well $130 plus $17 is getting close to Uhaul's installed price.
Call the local U'haul and get a quote.
To me, if it is within $20, I'd pay the extra rather than benchpress the hitch and fumble with the bolts.
The U'haul hitch is every bit as roadworthy.

I have three vehicles with hitches, two are factory, one is U-Haul.
The hitches they sell are new in the box.
The U-Haul is now eleven years old.
All three are just as capable and there has been no difference in the aging process.
I think there is a 'U-Haul' sticker on it, never really noticed.
If it won't peel off, you could hit it with some black spray paint.
I'm not saying U-Haul is the best deal for you.
I think I paid $160 11 years ago installed, don't know what they run now.
Since they are independent dealers it could get wild.
Even today there are better deals if you want to do it yourself.
You are so detailed in this otherwise simple modification, I don't think there is any danger of you getting ripped off.

Ignore class rating
What each class of hitch is rated for varies depending on vehicle and hitch manufacturer. Ignore class rating. Look at weight capacity, just look for the hitch with the weight capacity that handles whatever the heaviest thing is that you're likely to tow.
