advice on 5.4 and fifth wheelers???

Hello, I'm new here and need advice on pulling a fifth wheeler. I currently have an '05 f150 fx4 shortbox with 5.4 and towing package. Is this motor strong enough to pull a 5,000 pound or even 7,000 pound fifth wheeler? My wife and I are considering a 26 footer so we can pull our boat as well which would add another 2,000 pounds. If the engine is strong enough, what should I do suspension-wise? If anyone out there has fifth wheeler experience, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions regarding engine strength (strong enough or not), suspension modifications (helper springs/air shocks or whatever) and receiver hitches (or whatever they're called). Thanks a lot.

You are in F250/350 territory there, sir. You are way past what an F150 will do. Ford doesn't recommend 5th wheel hitches for the shortbed due to the increased sidewall depth of the new body style bed design, not enough clearance.
