I have a 1993 F-150 Flareside with a 302 - 3speed auto with overdrive. I will be towing a trailer with a load not to exceed 4,000 lbs. I have a transmission cooler installed. Does anyone see any issues here? I worry about the weight - but not really sure.

No you want have any problems. I frequently tow 7000 lbs.
