When towing my TT it charges the battery, but when I stop the vehicle does it continue to draw power from the truck battery?

no it doesn't draw once you turn off the truck. there is a relay under the hood in the power distribution block that prevents that from happening. when you turn off the truck, the relay breaks the circuit to your travel trailer.
