this is as large a picture as I can display, it won't take anthing larger?

How is it that I see pictures in other members signatures that are much larger??

And do you have to check the box "show your signature" every time you create a post? I have checked show signatures in my edit options, but I still need to check show show my signature for every post??

 

Maybe its the quality of the pic, I know I had to get lower quality to get some of my pics to work right
