Click the little icon that is yellow in color and looks like some mountains. Then a pop-up window should appear. Paste you link to the picture into that window and then you picture will show up in the post. Also in your album at the bottom on the pictures will be a 'BB CODE' link - you can copy and paste that code directly into a forum and it will automatically show the picture that way too.

 

Just noticed that you had replied. I was just about to start a new thread on how to post pics. Thanks alot for the help. I am going to give it another try.
