I have a 2020 xlt sport. The USB went dead last week. Swapped out the usb hub and it lights up now but is not charging or recognizing anything plugged into either of the USB ports. I checked the 5 amp fuse and it is good, I did a master reset on the sync system. Lights up but still no power. I’ve checked that both cables coming to the usb hub are seated properly. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
