What do you mean it's broken? Like cracked/non-op?

I'd say call your local dealer and ask.

If it's still under warranty, they replace your whole truck free of charge.

Just had that done to my dishwasher. They couldn't get the touch panel for it anymore, so the warranty company gave me what I paid for the machine via a check.

I'm sure you (and a lot of others) wish that was the case... lol

I recently found out the answer to your question. They show discontinued because Ford doesn't sell them.

there's some forms and paperwork the parts dept has to fill out, and they order them through a 3rd party source. Presumably the manufacturer of the screen.
