Mobile applications

Is it normal for SYNC to not save the mobile applications settings when you shut off the vehicle?

I use Spotify and every time I turn the vehicle off I have to "Find Mobile Applications" every time to use Spotify applink Application.

I did a master reset and it still doesn't save the application and I have to spend a few minutes setting up the spotify application through SYNC.

After updating my SYNC it has at least remedied the not having to connect my phone to bluetooth audio every time. I still have to "install" spotify under mobile applications.

Sorry this isn't a solution, but I'm having the same problem. Spotify is the most unstable of my Mobile Apps.

When I start my truck my bluetooth audio connects automatically and it plays what is on spotify, but it does not play through the mobile applications, only through bluetooth audio. The only downside is that I do not have voice control over the app, but I can still change songs with the stereo and steering wheel controls with no issues.
