Just bought a 2013 f150 with sync with myford touch. My phone connects just fine and it gets incoming call through the sync system but when i answer i cant hear anything and neither can my caller. But when i make outgoing calls through the sync system it works just fine. ive tried it both with my iphone 5s and my daughters galaxy s5. my sister seems to have the same issue in her 2013 escape. what gives?

Did you ever figure this out? I also just bought a 2013 and my IPhone SE is acting the same way. I can make calls, but its always silent when trying to receive a call.

 

Nope, i never did figure it out i just answer my phone and then hit the "privacy" button on sync to transfer the call to the truck

What version of SYNC are you on? I know that some versions had issues and that the latest version added more support for newer phones.

 

I haven't checked. Will do that later today, what's the latest version I should be looking for?
