I have done the latest update to my SYNC system in my 2011 FX4 and for the most part all is good. The one REALLY annoying thing is that every time I turn it on the Bluetooth connection and USB drop after about one minute then finally come back up. Sync also informs me that it has detected a new device for my USB every time I power it on as well.

Should I do a factory reset? Ford will not replace the unit saying its software not hardware. Kind of at a loss as how to proceed. Thanks.
