Same issue here. Droid X no problem reading texts. S3 can't say the same.

Maybe that's a difference??

I have since updated to Jelly Bean right after my last post and haven't had an issue since.

My S3 had been working without issues until a couple days ago, then it just randomly stopped syncing for audio streaming. I can still make calls but no music streaming. I've unpaired and paired the phone several times without success. My phone is running Android v4.1.1
