Raptor raction control question... Offraod mode

Hey guys, I have a 2009 FX4 Screw and hate the TC on this thing. Just wondering what that Offroad mode switch does. Is there an ability to TOTALLY disable the TC on the Raptor?

I am looking for something to do to this truck before I loose my mind. In 2wd, i cant pull the truck through 3" of snow on my driveway and need to slip it into 4, to get out. In 6" of snow pulling a snowmobile trailer I have the TC still locks power out and I can bearing get the truck moving.

Just wondering if the Raptors are different with that Offroad mode and Aux switches.

Does anyone one know if you the this is an option to add to any F150? or different ECU? I know the raptor has a few extra relays in the fuse panel, but I want to add this to my 09 FX4. My dealer doesnt know, and not so willing to help with it either.

Maybe I should call an SVT dealer?

I dont think they do. They said they did at one point, but I have tried PMing them, emailing them and PMing them on Raptorforumz.com and they wont answer.... I take that as a "no they dont have it".... unless it is something they have just released.

I talked to them awhile ago an they claimed they could eliminate it...months passed an they claimed "were still working on it". So I just traded my FX4 for the raptor an got my money back. From what I hear there still working on it lol...
