Arrow Need a Lift

Well I just added some 285-75-16s to my truck about a week an half ago. I was out playing on the rocks with it (will post pics once developed) and decided I need a lift. I was thinking of something in the 3" area.

What can you guys reccomend? Or don't they make this small of a lift for the new Fords? I don't believe I have seen one, but that doesn't mean anything.

Yeah I have a 4x4. Looking for a suspension lift. Don't think a body lift would look the greatest on my truck, or work well for what I do with it.

i looked around in one of my old magazines for you to see if i could find a 3in. And it doesnt look like anyone makes them. There might be something out now cause the mag was from last year, but i still doubt it. If i were you i would just go with a 4in. There are many companys that make them.

So what lift should I go with? I've heard good an bad things about all the lifts: Superlift, Skyjacker, RCD, Fabtech, Rancho, etc......

I want someone that actually has experience with these lifts to tell me their honest opinions before I spend my hard earnt money on one.

Thanks

Thumbs up

I have a 2000 expy 4x4 with a Rancho 4'' lift and I have the rs9000 five position shocks. I haved used Rancho on all my trucks 82 toyota 96 bronco and have never had a problem, and they have a very good customer service dept. Before I bought my lifts I called several offroad shops and they would recomend either the Rancho or the Rcd kits.It is my understanding that Rcd and Rancho use to be the same company at one time.Rancho also has over 40 years in the suspension industry. Remember when your looking at some other brands except Rcd, trailmaster pro comp superlift they all have thier shocks made by rancho to their specs Rancho manufactures thier own shocks with better componets used. Rcd does offer bilstiens with thier kit but I love to be able to adjust my ride.good luck.
