Whats the difference between a suspension lift and a body lift?? Which onoe will ride better???

 

body lift is just blocks that go between the body and frame...a suspension lift is new suspension parts that inccrease overall ground clearance. usually, a suspension lift will ride better if you get a good quality kit.
