Fabtech vs Procomp spindle lifts
#19
both brands are cheap and are not going to hold up if you are actually into off roading... Mainly only for looks. Thin metal stock and weak fasteners with both. The lesser of the two evils would be Fabtech, but RCD, Rancho and Superlift are much better off the shelf, run of the mill systems.

Man, what are you talking about?? Does superlift, RCD, rancho even make lift spindles? Not to my knowledge.
I appreciate the use of the search function but a thread from 2002 is a little much. Many many people have lift spindles here, myself included. I however, have doestch lift spindles. Doestch lift spindles and fabtech lift spindles are pretty much the exact same thing with a different brand stamped on it, and I have gone offroading MANY times with lift spindles. Plenty of people have rough country spindles so I am sure they can chime in with their opinions. Its my impression that lift spindles would actually be stronger than stock spindles due to the fact that the lift spindles are twice the bulk and width in most places.
Did you maybe post in the wrong thread or something?
