Question about shock location

Is it possible to modify the passenger rear shock mount. So that the shock mounts oppisite the driver side rear schock. Passenger side shock, top of shock would angle towards front of bed while driver side would angle as is toward rear of bed. I hope this makes sense to someone out there.

Huummmmm, mine's like that from the factory. Look and see if the equipment isn't already there to just swap it over. My dad's '01 has both shocks on the back of the axle but all the hardware and mounting holes are there to just swap it over.
