Looking for helper springs

I am looking for a good brand of helper springs to add to my 2002 F-150. Something to keep the rear from sagging when I have to haul a little extra weight. I am looking for something that doesn't affect the ride when unlaoded and really don't want the air bag type. Any recommendations on brands or kinds? Thanks

Talking

I went with Hellwigs LP-25 helper springs and absolutely love them. They did stiffen the ride somewhat, but it is hardly enough to notice. My truck now handles like a truck should when loaded and/or towing. I got mine from summit and they hit me for about $197.00

Thumbs up

I got the Hellwig LP-25's too. Basically can say the same thing as LHM on how I like 'em.

There is another brand out there called Road 'something' Active Suspension. A bit different design from the Hellwigs, but are supposed to keep the stock ride (when empty), but help with the load level when loaded up.

I like the fact that they did stiffen up the ride some. It handles, rides and drives like a truck should, but still can drive all day and not feel beat up at all. The wife even approves!!

Didn't Roadmaster just come out with a new spring kit that is suppose to handle the extra weight of a heavy load with no sagging and no affect on the ride quality when unload?
