Soft springs

I think Ford screwed up and put leaf packs in the rear of my truck that are just way too soft. I get a lot of sag when loaded plus crazy wheel hop when I punch it at any speed.
I need to find a way to modify the susp. to make it stiffer and handle more weight WITHOUT lifting it. Repeat, I can not lift the rear. I have a ladder rack that is hard enough to reach even for being 6'3". This means no add-a-leaf and no blocks.
Here are the options I've been considering. Airbags, these are at the top because of the control over ride height whenever I want. Hellwig helper spring pack. This actually bolts on top of the original springs and does not lift it. There's also a kit from Active Suspension that uses a shock setup on the springs to help the susp. and guarantees to reduce wheel hop. Lastly is just replace the pack with a stronger set but keep the stock height. I don't know how possible that is, though. Thank you for your help.
