Question "Knocking" front suspension?

I swear I've never heard this until now, but the front suspension is "knocking" on the smallest, abrupt bumps. It is very common on our pothole laden roads of Spokane, WA. It sounds like rear leaf springs clanking against overload springs when empty. I'm sure most people have heard that common noise, but this...?

I could be crazy, but I don't recall ever hearing this until recently. The shocks have less than 10k on them, and the ride is good, just seems noisier than usual.

Any input on this???

I'd check the anti-sway bars end links. A few people have found their's loose.

Thanks FamilyRide. If they are, is there an adjustment or do they need replaced?
