Question removing hangers

I just bought a 2,4 drop online from djm it has coil springs for the frong and shackles hangers in the back. My question is how do I remove the hangers the seem to be held on by 4 rivets what is the easiest way to get them off?

My shop used an air chizel and a sawzall and cut the heads off of them. It was not easy. Good luck

I have the same kit on my truck. Check my gallery for pics. I did the install my self and let me tell you is easy if you have the right tools.

I rented a plasma cutter and a punch so I could get me off. Also make sure you save the old hangers because my kit did not have the E.Brake cable braket and I had to make one using old parts. I called DJM and they said I was going to have to make one. Let me know if you need help I have done serveral drops on the F150's.
