Question 4X2 Lift questions?

Hello,
What is the best way to lift my 4x2 about 2 inches? I want to make it sit like a factory 4x4. I was thinking either front springs and rear blocks or spindles and rear blocks. If anyone has done this I would really appreciate your experience. Also, what are the pros and cons of each setup?Would I need anything else to complete this?
Thanks.
I forgot to mention I have a 2002 supercab 4.6.

i have a 2002 supercab with a 3" spindle lift and 2" blocks in the rear.this was an easy install.you will need the alignment bolts to get the alignment correct and new u bolts for the rear but shouldnt need anything else.with the 3" lift my truck now sets like a factory 4x4.

You'll get tired of that 2" lift after awhile. Go ahead and install a 6" suspension lift and a 3" body lift
