I'm thinking I might be buying a '78 F-150, reg cab, short box 4x4. How much lift will I need to clear 35x12.50x15's, and could I run 33x12.50x15's stock?

 

my buddy has a 79 250 with a 6" lift an 35x12.50x16.5's. with that much lift, hes got plenty of room between tire and fender for going off-roading. you might be able to fit 33's stock, but if youre gonna go off-roading youre not gonna have much room between fenders and tires. good luck
