Unhappy Undercarriage Banging?

I have a '97 F150 Supercab Styleside 4x4 4.6 auto. I have just 53k on it and it is NOT used for work etc. I have just recently started hearing unusual banging noises coming from underneath. The banging seems like it is coming from the middle of the truck sometimes and other times it sounds like it is towards the rear and only when the truck is moving. I have checked the undercarriage for anything loose but I can not locate the problem. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what this problem might be. Thank you.

I'd check the way the exhaust is haning too. Bang it around and see if it's hitting something
