Question Monroe Reflex Shocks

Just put a full set of Monroe Reflex Shocks on my 97 F150 Extended Cab 4X2. Anyone heard of these? I paid $39.99 per shock and put them on myself. Couldn't afford the Bilsteins. So far they run great.

I don't do much off-roading, and have been told by more than one professional that these are better than the Ranchos???? Not a personal opinion, just looking for anyone with any ideas!

Monroe=Rancho. These shocks are the same as the RSX's. I've heard good things about them too...especially the price.

Cool Monroe Reflex

Ive install Them and I found they seem to make my 97 4x2 4.6 F150 Handle better but with a slightly stiffer Ride.

Ranchos are made by Monroe. The reflex is essenetially the same shock as the RSX with very minor differences. I put a set of the reflex shocks on about 30,000 miles ago and have been quite happy. Good value for the price. Ditto on the better handling with a slight stiffening of ride quality.
