headlight help

Can someone tell me how to adjust my headlights down. Seems since the bars have been cranked,i'm blinding people. Any articles or help would be greatfull. Thanks

From: Houston, by way of every major city in America.

You can pop the headlights out, and turn the bottom adjusters in until you get the desired height. You remove them by pulling up the two black tabs above the headlights(under the hood)
